Joyce Riviere became a licensed California REALTOR in 1987 and a Real Estate Broker in 1998 during her years in banking administration. She is experienced in all types of real estate transactions, including residential, investment, and commercial properties. Joyce formerly held administrative positions in several financial institutions, including Vice President of Residential Lending for 17-branch Southern California Bank, Vice President of Allied Healthcare Federal Credit Union, and Director of Credit Union Services for First Mortgage Corporation. She is a Certified Short Sale Agent, Negotiator, and REO Agent, is well-versed in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, such as 1031 Exchanges, all Inclusive Trust Deeds, and seller carried-back purchase loans.
Joyce holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, is enrolled in an E-Business MBA program, and was an Honors graduate of the Western CUNA Management School at Claremont College. In addition, she is formally educated in Income Tax preparation (California Tax Education Council) in order to be able to recognize potential tax ramification for clients.
